    Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Applicants

    		2025 Dental Hygiene/Dental Therapy Applicants

    To pay your application fee: 

    1. The application fee will be available to pay on June 4th, 2025.
    2. Create an account   or login by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.
    3. Click Start a new Application > 2025 DDS Application.
    4. Fill out your information and submit your payment form.
    5. Upon submission, you will be brought to a payment portal where you may provide credit card information to pay your application fee. 

    Note that you may fill out the form and then return later to pay your fee. Your application will not be reviewed until the payment has been received.

    To apply for Dental Hygiene/Dental Therapy:

    1. Create an account or login by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.
    2. Click Start a new Application > Dental Hygiene & Dental Therapy > 2025 Dental Hygiene/ Dental Therapy Application
    3. Follow the application instructions and fill out your information. 
    4. Complete the Undergraduate Admissions Transfer Application (or Change of College Form for current students).

      Applications for the Dental Hygiene/Dental Therapy program(s) are due January 3rd, 2025 at 11:59 PM (CST).

    All materials (transcripts. letters of recommendation, etc.) must be received no later than January 24th, 2025.
