To pay your application fee: 

1. Create an account   or login by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.
2. Click Start a new Application > 2026 DDS Application Payment.
3. Fill out your information and submit your payment form.
4. Upon submission, you will be brought to a payment portal where you may provide credit card information to pay your application fee. 

Note that you may fill out the form and then return later to pay your fee. Your application will not be reviewed until the payment has been received.

1. Click Start a new Application > Dental Hygiene & Dental Therapy > 2026 Dental Hygiene/ Dental Therapy Application
2. Follow the application instructions and fill out your information. 
3. Complete the Undergraduate Admissions Transfer Application (or Change of College Form for current students).

  Applications for the Dental Hygiene/Dental Therapy program(s) are due January 5th, 2026 at 11:59 PM (CST).

All materials (transcripts. letters of recommendation, etc.) must be received no later than January 26th, 2026.
