1. Create an account   or login by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.
2. Click Start a new Application > 2027 DDS Application.
3. Fill out your information and submit your payment form.
4. Upon submission, you will be brought to a payment portal where you may provide credit card information to pay your application fee. 

Note that you may fill out the form and then return later to pay your fee. Your application will not be reviewed until the payment has been received. 

To CONFIRM YOUR ENROLLMENT: 

1. If you have been offered acceptance, you may Login  to your account used to submit your application payment by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.
2. Click Start a new Application > 2026 DDS Enrollment Deposit.
3. Fill out the acceptance form with your information.
4. Finalize your application and pay the acceptance fee.
5. After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email from our office with additional information about enrolling in the fall. 

Applications will open on October 22, 2026 via ADEA DHCAS (ADEA Dental Hygiene Centralized Application Service) 

  Applications for the Dental Hygiene/Dental Therapy program(s) are due January 4th, 2027 at 11:59 PM (CST).

All materials (transcripts. letters of recommendation, etc.) must be received no later than January 25th, 2027.
